What is Trackwise? +
Trackwise is an AI-powered personal finance tracker that works directly through WhatsApp. You log expenses, income, and reminders by chatting — no banking apps or complicated dashboards required.
Does Trackwise connect to my bank account? +
No. Trackwise does not connect to your bank, read SMS messages, or access financial institutions. You choose what to log.
Where is my financial data stored? +
Your data is stored in a Google Sheet inside your own Google Drive. Trackwise only writes to and reads from that sheet to provide summaries and insights.
Is my data private? +
Yes. Trackwise does not sell or share your financial data. We only store secure access tokens needed to update your Google Sheet.
How does billing work? +
Trackwise Pro is sold as prepaid plans (for example, 30-day or 365-day access). There are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.
Do I need to cancel anything? +
No. Since plans are prepaid and do not auto-renew, your access simply ends when the plan expires.
Can I get a refund? +
Refunds are only considered in limited cases such as duplicate payments or technical issues. See our Refund Policy for details.
How do I delete my data? +
You can revoke Google access anytime from your Google Account settings. You can also email support@dataprocesslabs.com to request deletion of stored tokens.
