Part 1: Data Process Labs Website
This part applies to visitors who contact us, request a consultation, or submit a Salon AI Assistant demo request. It does not describe Trackwise data handling.
1. Information submitted through our forms
The contact form collects your name, email address, selected topic and message. The Salon AI Assistant demo form collects your name, salon name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, salon location and any optional website or Google Maps link you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information in these forms.
2. How we use and process this information
We use the information you submit to respond to enquiries, discuss our services, and arrange or follow up on requested demos. Your information is processed and stored in our systems and may be handled by service providers that support our website and business operations.
3. Retention and requests
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the business relationship, and maintain relevant business records, including where retention is required by law. To ask about, access, or request deletion of information you submitted, contact us using the email address at the end of this policy.
Part 2: Trackwise Application
This part applies only to people who use Trackwise. If you only visit this website or submit a contact or demo form, the Trackwise-specific practices below do not apply to your form submission.
1. Information used by Trackwise
When you use Trackwise, we may process your WhatsApp phone number and Google account authorization tokens when you choose to connect Trackwise to your Google Drive. We request Google Drive access using the drive.file permission scope.
2. Google user data usage
Trackwise’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use your Google data to:
- Create a spreadsheet in your Google Drive.
- Write transaction data (expenses, income and investments) that you send through WhatsApp into that spreadsheet.
- Read spreadsheets created by the app to generate summaries for you.
3. Trackwise storage, security and retention
We store OAuth refresh tokens in systems intended to protect them and allow the app to function without repeated logins. Your financial transaction data remains in your own Google Drive spreadsheets. We retain only the data needed to operate and support the service.
4. Trackwise deletion and third-party services
You can revoke Trackwise’s access through your Google Account permissions. You can also contact us to request deletion of stored tokens and associated data from our systems. Trackwise relies on WhatsApp and Google services, which have their own privacy policies and terms.
