Data Process Labs ("we", "us") collects your WhatsApp phone number and Google account authorization tokens when you choose to connect Trackwise to your Google Drive. We only request access using the drive.file permission scope.
Trackwise’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

We store OAuth refresh tokens securely in encrypted systems so the app can function without requiring repeated logins. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal financial data with third parties.
We retain only the minimum data required to operate the service. Your financial transaction data remains in your own Google Drive spreadsheets. We only store the access tokens required to update those files.
You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions page. You may also contact us at the email below to request deletion of all stored tokens and associated data from our systems.
Trackwise operates through WhatsApp and Google services. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.
