1. No Subscription Model

Trackwise Pro is sold as prepaid access plans (for example, 30-day or 365-day access). There are no auto-renewals and no recurring charges.

Once a plan is purchased, access remains active until the plan’s expiry date. Because there is no recurring billing, there is nothing to “cancel.”

2. Refund Eligibility

Trackwise provides immediate access to digital services upon purchase. As a result, payments are generally non-refundable.

4. Currency & Processing Fees

For international payments, exchange rate differences at the time of refund may affect the final refunded amount. Payment gateway or bank processing fees, if any, may be non-refundable.
